Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform ongoing psychotropic medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluations: Conduct detailed, high-quality psychiatric evaluations.
- Medication Management: Prescribe, monitor, adjust, and manage psychiatric medications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Certification: Active Board Certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
- Licensure: Valid, unrestricted APRN and RN licenses in Vermont.
- Credentials: Active DEA registration and NPI number.
- Malpractice Insurance: You must maintain your own malpractice insurance coverage.
