Job Summary
Coordinates activities at the Nurses Station - receptionist, clerical, and information management duties - while providing direct patient care under RN/LPN direction, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support unit coordination: admissions, discharges, phones, order entry
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Take vital signs, collect specimens, and support isolation procedures
- Document care accurately and support unit cleanliness and restocking
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
