Privately owned fast-paced dental practice is looking for a Front Office Patient Care Coordinator. Someone who is detailed and team oriented. Someone who can build rapport with our patients and would like to grow personally and professionally. Experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients warmly, managing the check in/check out process.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and sending appointment reminders.
- Warm, professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortably discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.
- Managing daily patient flow and maintaining accurate records.
- Punctual, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a busy healthcare environment.
Salary : $17 - $19
