What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all facility operations including clinical, financial, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor department heads to drive performance and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Manage budgets, census development, and overall facility profitability
- Foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Pennsylvania NHA license (required)
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong survey history and regulatory knowledge
- Track record of improving census, quality measures, and financial performance
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
