Customer Service / Sales Representative – Paid Training

Due to increased customer demand across Iowa, our growing organization is expanding and currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Sales Representatives.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, help families improve the quality of their home environment, and learn a simple step-by-step customer service and sales process.
No previous experience is required. We provide full company training, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Demonstrate and explain our American-made air purification systems in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Help customers learn about healthier indoor air quality solutions
- Assist with local promotions, events, and community outreach
- Track customer information and follow-up through our system
- Represent the company professionally and positively
No Experience? That’s Okay.
We are open to candidates who are just getting started in the workforce or looking for a new opportunity with room for growth.
Experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, athletics, call centers, or sales can be helpful — but it is not required.

Compensation
Starting pay begins at $30 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives and advancement opportunities available.

Interview Process
The first step in our hiring process is a Zoom hiring session/interview.
During this session, we explain the position, compensation structure, training process, and growth opportunities so candidates can get a clear understanding of the role and decide if it’s the right fit.
