Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Verifying insurance and explaining basic benefits.
- Presenting treatment estimates and collecting payments.
- Managing patient forms and records.
- Helping keep the schedule full and organized.
- Supporting the clinical team with daily office flow.
