Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Compensation: $45–$55 per hour (W-2)

Position Overview

West Pointe Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to facilitate virtual outpatient mental health therapy groups.

We are expanding our behavioral health services in La Plata, Maryland, and preparing for additional program licensure approvals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate three virtual mental health therapy groups daily: morning, afternoon, and evening.
• Lead approximately 15 one-hour group sessions per week.
• Manage groups of approximately 8–10 participants.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment planning and care coordination as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable telehealth and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C license required.
• Experience facilitating mental health group therapy preferred.
• Experience providing virtual behavioral health services preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple therapy groups.

Expected Weekly Schedule

• Group facilitation: 15 hours
• Clinical documentation: Approximately 2.5 hours
• Group preparation: Approximately 2.5 hours
• Additional clinical responsibilities: Up to 5 hours as needed

Total: Approximately 20–25 hours weekly

Compensation and Benefits

• $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience.
