Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our team in the Goshen-Mishawaka Region. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage vision and ocular health conditions, and deliver excellent patient-centered care. The Optometrist will also engage in creating customized vision care plans, educate patients on wellness and preventive eye care, and collaborate with our skilled optical team to ensure best-in-class service.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in performing eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions
- Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and determining appropriate treatments
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide comprehensive eye care
- Commitment to patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional service
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and current licensure
- Experience in a retail or optical setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
