About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist Per Diem to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional physical therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in our skilled nursing facility, including evaluations, treatments, and consultations
