Job Summary:
The Health Services Coordinator/Certified Health Professional will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health and wellness services within WOCAP programs. This role includes coordinating health, disability, dental, vision, developmental, mental health, and nutrition services for staff, children, and families. The coordinator will maintain health records, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a resource for health and wellness.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Professional.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and data entry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
