Sales Associate (Part-Time) – Huntington Beach, Pacific City
This position is for a part-time Sales Associate at our Huntington Beach location in Pacific City.
As a Sales Associate, you will be an important part of the West of Camden team. You’ll be responsible for delivering strong customer service, supporting daily sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and helping create a welcoming and comfortable in-store experience. You will also assist with day-to-day store operations as needed. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and interested in gaining experience in a fashion-focused retail environment.
Pay Range: $16.90 – $17.50 per hour Commission

- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience while providing excellent service
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and current offerings
- Support sales goals through customer engagement and product recommendations
- Perform sales support functions, including POS procedures
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Education / Experience
- No specific education required; additional education is a plus
- No prior experience required; retail experience is preferred
Communication Skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents such as procedures and instructions
- Strong communication skills with customers, team members, and management
- Comfortable communicating over the phone with proper etiquette
Mathematical Skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to calculate percentages and make change using U.S. currency
Other Skills
- Enjoys interacting with customers and working in a team environment
- Comfortable using technology such as computers and iPads
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Availability during peak retail periods (holidays, major sales events)
