This full-time position will support a major client installation project, followed by ongoing regional field support.

We are seeking a Field Operations Technician based out of Shreveport, LA to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent Tier 1 position. You'll start with a hands-on installation project (approximately 1 month), then transition into ongoing maintenance support and future regional projects as they arise.

Job Description

• Position Title: Field Operations Technician (Tier 1)
  
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
  
• Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year
  
• Work Location: Based out of Shreveport, LA
  • Initial Phase: Full-time onsite for approximately 1 month during installation
    
  • Ongoing: Occasional onsite maintenance visits as needed; additional regional projects assigned as they come up
    
• Reporting To: Field Operations Manager
  

Requirements

Role Expectations

• Support full-time onsite installation of network infrastructure during the initial :1-month project
  
• Provide ongoing onsite maintenance and troubleshooting once the project is live
  
• Prepare and submit onsite status and maintenance reports following each visit
  
• Be available to support additional projects in the Shreveport region as they're assigned
  
• Be physically capable of performing hands-on installations, maintenance, and equipment checks
  
• Maintain a positive, professional, and presentable demeanor at all times
  
• Able to crimp cables, patch into networks, run clean and tidy Ethernet wiring, and leave every job site better than you found it
  
• Willing to learn and grow with our team and technology stack
  
• Collaborate with our Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams based in Florida to support the client's ongoing network needs
