Soccer Coach – Player Program Coach - Winter / Spring 2026

Join our club’s youth development pathway as a Program Coach for one of our various Grass Roots level programs and events throughout the calendar year. We are seeking an fun, enthusiastic, committed coach who can foster a positive and inspiring environment while delivering sessions to our players.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate, high-quality training sessions from curriculum provided.
• Ensure player safety and welfare at all times.
  
  

Administrative Responsibilities

• Report to Program Director or Technical Director
• Follow all club policies, procedures, and administrative expectations.
• Provide feedback to Program Director or Technical Director as and when needed.

Desired Qualifications

• US Soccer Grassroots License or higher (D License preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of youth coaching experience.
  
  

Eligibility Requirements

• Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances.
• Must be local or willing to relocate.
• No visa sponsorship available — candidates must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Position classified as 1099 contractor.
