Goal Keeper Coach

Position Summary

The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions to goalkeepers across various age groups, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the position. This role involves working closely with head coaches and integrating goalkeepers into team play.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions.
• Provide individualized feedback and development plans for goalkeepers.
• Attend team practices and games to support goalkeeper integration.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive training philosophy.
• Monitor and evaluate goalkeeper performance and progression.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience with goalkeepers (youth, academy, or professional).
• Relevant coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong understanding of modern goalkeeping techniques and tactics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a club or academy structure.
• Playing experience as a goalkeeper is an asset.
