Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions.
- Provide individualized feedback and development plans for goalkeepers.
- Attend team practices and games to support goalkeeper integration.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive training philosophy.
- Monitor and evaluate goalkeeper performance and progression.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture.
- Previous coaching experience with goalkeepers (youth, academy, or professional).
- Relevant coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, or equivalent preferred).
