- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support organizational objectives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring fair application of policies in compliance with employment & labor law.
- Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations like OSHA and FMLA.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning related to human capital management, budgeting for HR functions, and implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes..
- Expertise in performance management systems, employee evaluation methods, succession planning, and employee relations strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills for presentations, training sessions, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage budgets related to HR programs while ensuring compliance with legal standards across all functions.
