- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking among preschool children.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children’s developmental needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining organized learning spaces.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations and standardized testing when appropriate; document developmental milestones regularly.
- Support child welfare by ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing emotional support to foster a sense of security within the classroom.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.

- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as literacy education or toddler care is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to handle classroom challenges with patience and professionalism; previous daycare or private school experience is preferred.
