West Michigan Seawall & Marine Construction LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our Field Operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material staging and equipment setup.
- Provide general labor support: digging, lifting, carrying, and using hand tools.
- Aid in equipment operation and routine maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Handle construction materials: load, unload, and transport materials on-site.
- Support quality control efforts by maintaining standards during each build phase.
- Perform site clean-up and organize tools and materials for the next workday.
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in variable weather, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime based on project needs.
