Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to support sales, operations, office work, and leadership development.
This is a hands-on role, not a desk job. You will be involved in everything from sales calls to warehouse support.
Ideal candidate: Former athlete or someone with a competitive mindset who wants to grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Sell pallets, 55-gallon drums, and recycling services
- Make calls, send emails, and visit customers
- Build relationships and close new business
- Help prepare quotes and proposals
Office & Administrative
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Assist with scheduling and dispatch
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
- Track billing to ensure everything gets invoiced
- Help monitor bills and payments
Operations & Warehouse
- Work in both Byron Center and Battle Creek facilities
- Help coordinate loading/unloading and workflow
- Assist with production (pallets, baler, sorting)
- Identify ways to improve efficiency
- Maintain organization and cleanliness
Leadership & Accountability
- Help coach and motivate employees
- Reinforce productivity and expectations
- Lead by example (no task too small)
- Support a “1% better every day” mindset
Financial Awareness
- Track materials in/out
- Ensure everything is billed
- Help identify missed revenue or inefficiencies

Travel Requirements
- Travel between Byron Center and Battle Creek regularly
- Occasional local travel for sales calls
- Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong work ethic

- Valid driver’s license

- Sales or customer-facing experience
