Responsibilities- Selling medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
- Explaining features, benefits, and warranty of parts to customers
- Prospecting for customers in a designated territory or assigned account list daily
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Building strong customer relationships and providing unmatched customer service
- Preparing quotes and proposals for customers
- Maintaining a complete customer and prospect database in the dealership's CRM system
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Attending training and continuously increasing knowledge of full product lines
- Experience in the medium and heavy-duty truck industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Confident, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds
