Duties
- Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Replenish inventory as needed
- Notify service advisors and/or customers when special ordered parts have been received
Experience
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Experience with dealership management systems, namely CDK, is a plus
