- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all fixed operations (service, parts, and body shop if applicable) to maximize CSI scores, efficiency, and gross profit
- Set and achieve departmental goals for labor sales, parts revenue, customer retention, and technician productivity
- Hire, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, dispatchers, and parts personnel
- Manage daily workflow, RO processes, scheduling, quality control, and warranty administration
- Analyze financials, control expenses, manage inventory, and ensure compliance
- Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service experiences, follow-up programs, and relationship management
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and ownership to support overall dealership performance and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For: 3 years of progressive experience in automotive fixed operations management (Service Manager or Service Director preferred)
- Strong track record of improving CSI, profitability, and team performance in a dealership environment
- In-depth knowledge of service department processes, technician productivity, parts management, and RO efficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, high-energy leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
