This role drives product strategy, forecasting, commercial analytics, and cross-functional execution to support both new product introductions and ongoing portfolio performance. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial insight, comfort with data, and the ability to influence decisions across Finance, Commercial, R&D, and Operations.
Location: On-Site (Morris County, NJ)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the commercial analytics lead, delivering competitive assessments, market share insights, and product performance reporting.
- Own product forecasting and commercial modeling to inform business cases, demand planning, and financial projections.
- Support quarterly financial cycles, including re-forecasting, variance understanding, and partnership with Finance on portfolio economics.
- Provide analysis and perspective on revenue trends across the product portfolio, including impacts from R&D, BD, and supply-related changes.
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics and insights to Commercial, Finance, and Executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for assigned products.
- Support development of marketing materials such as product sheets, catalog updates, advertising content, presentations, and launch collateral.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities required for new product launches, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Conduct market assessments to validate assumptions and support launch readiness.
- Track launch outcomes and pipeline performance, including post-launch reviews and lessons learned.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage projects to meet commercial and organizational objectives, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry (generics preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and business modeling.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical databases such as IQVIA, First Databank, or ProspectoRx.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with FDA resources and regulatory intelligence.
