This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow the insight of day to day operation skills. This is a great job for someone who loves working with co workers and good in Math and can take responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the staff.
- Manage AR and AP Invoices.
- Review, organize and file documents.
- Organize and maintain the day-to-day records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
-- Experience in budgeting, scope management, risk management, and project scheduling
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Version
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
- - Ability to coordinate projects effectively and work well in a team environment
