Leasing Agent

University Crossing Apartments, a vibrant student and multifamily community located in West Lafayette, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! Key Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Build strong relationships with current and future residents to ensure an exceptional leasing experience.
• Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare lease documents in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, traffic, and leasing activity in the property management software.
• Assist with marketing efforts, social media content, and resident engagement events.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations, renewals, and customer service follow-up.
• Help maintain curb appeal and model presentation standards for tours.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and CRM/property management systems.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-player mindset.
• Availability to work weekends when needed (Saturdays preferred).

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
