West Holt Medical Services is seeking applications for a full or part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Retail Pharmacy team. Certification is preferred but not required, we will train the right candidate and cover the cost of certification!
Duties include: Assist pharmacists in serving patients by preparing medications; reviewing, interpreting, and entering physician orders; helps maintain pharmacy department and records; dispenses medications for the pharmacist final verification by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old as required by state law
- Never been convicted of drug related misdemeanor or felony as required by state law
- Registered with the State of Nebraska as a pharmacy technician (Can Be obtained after hire)
- Certification and continuing education as required by State law.
West Holt Pharmacy is open between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
