Duties
- Assist with program management by supervising participants during activities, transitions, and to promote a safe and organized environment
- Support lead directors and program staff
- Engage participants in age-appropriate activities
- Maintain clear communication with staff
- Help set up and clean up activity areas
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm while maintaining professionalism
- Must speak English/Spanish
