Responsibilities include assisting with practices and meets, helping develop athletes’ skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all swimmers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of competitive swimming techniques and rules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season
- Previous coaching or competitive swimming experience preferred
