We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the dental field and looking for a position where they can learn, develop new skills, and grow within our office.
Previous dental or sterilization experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and properly store dental instruments
- Prepare and organize instruments for patient procedures
- Follow established infection control and sterilization protocols
- Operate sterilization equipment according to office procedures
- Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain required logs
- Keep the sterilization area clean, organized, and well stocked
- Restock treatment rooms and supplies
- Assist with treatment room turnover between patients
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Work closely with our clinical team to keep the patient schedule running smoothly
- Assist team members with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental or sterilization experience preferred, but not required
