If you FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, with an ATTENTION TO DETAIL, this could be the right job for you!JOB DESCRIPTIONCommunity Connections RECEPTIONIST REPORTS TO: Office Administrator of Community Connections GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The receptionist provides reception and clerical support for Community Connections. QUALIFICATIONS:High School graduate or equivalent 1 year office experience, basic knowledge of computer and multi-line phone systemESSENTIAL ABILITIES: Ability to maintain positive relationships.Ability to organize and make quick decisions in the performance of job duties. Ability to multi-task and balance priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Greets and directs visitors.Answers incoming phone calls and refers callers to appropriate extensions or takes messages.Responsible for facsimile transmissions, making copies and responding to emails.Responsible for making copies for programs when requested. Responsible for basic memos that go out to staff, individuals, and families. Collates, folds and mails newsletters and forms as needed.Checks email for tasks to complete. Picks up mail from and drops off mail to the main office daily, distributes incoming mail, prepares and maintains an active, updated mailing list of individuals and parents/guardians. Assist in tracking supply inventory, informs supervisor when supplies need to be reordered, and stock incoming supplies.Attend trainings when requested.Performs other duties as requested. FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-exemptMonday-Friday (7:30am-3:30pm) 37.5 hours
Salary : $17 - $17
