West Hartford Public Schools seeks to fill a position for an Anticipated Social Worker (FTE 1.0) at the Post Secondary program for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Ideal candidate has experience supporting young adults to work on transition goals and objectives. Has strong communication skills and the desire to be a part of an active and collaborative team.

Must hold appropriate CT certification (071).
