Our 9-doctor, small-animal practice is seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist to join the WGAH team. Our hospital is “close-knit", with a supportive staff that provides quality veterinary care which focuses on practical, case-by-case medical care for each individual client.

If you are a motivated, cheerful self-starter with a passion for animals and the ability to take the initiative to cater to the needs of their humans, please contact us for an opportunity to apply.

Applicant must have experience with animals, a positive outlook, and must have strong multitasking and professional customer service skills. The hours needed for this position include a mix of the am and (mostly) pm shifts that are listed below:

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri:

7:30 am to 3:30 pm / 12 pm to 8 pm

Sat from 8 am to noon.

Hours needed are mostly second shift and will not exceed a 5-day work week.
