West Georgia Spay Neuter Clinic is a high volume, high quality spay neuter clinic who is looking for an EXPERIENCED veterinary receptionist. The ideal applicant will have had at least a full year of experience in a vet clinic setting. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE VETERINARY EXPERIENCE.
Must be compassionate, an excellent multi-tasker, honest, organized, energetic, with strong communication skills and a good work ethic. This position is very fast-paced and includes thorough data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, client scheduling with a high volume of phone communications, while educating clients about our mission and our services.
This full time shift is generally Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm and 1 Saturday vaccine clinic per month from 7:30am -12:30pm. (off 1 Friday per month)
