- Be willing to be assigned interchangeably between operations areas which will include sawmill, planer mill, kilns, and shipping (Does Not include Maintenance)
- Have or be willing to obtain forklift, front end loader, and skid steer qualifications
- Have above average oral and written communication skills
- Able to work well with orders while giving directions and instructions
- Understand limitations and know when to seek assistance
- Follow through and complete tasks as instructed
- Have mechanical aptitude and analytical abilities
- Perform department safety and environmental inspections
- Follow, maintain, and promote change that benefits the department
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
