West Franklin USD287 is seeking a full-time Night custodian at West Franklin Middle/High School. Hours are Monday-Friday evenings 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
A benefits package is provided by the district. Benefits include 10 days paid vacation days after 1 year of employment, paid BCBS single health insurance policy, 12 paid discretionary days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, and KPERS retirement. Section 125 and 403(b) benefits are also available.

West Franklin School District serves the communities of Pomona and Williamsburg, Kansas, and is a predominantly rural school district with approximately 620 students, Pre-K through grade 12.
Located in western Franklin County, 35 miles southeast of Topeka, 30 miles southwest of Lawrence, and 10 miles west of Ottawa, the district is easily accessible from Osage City, Lyndon, Baldwin City, Ottawa, Lawrence, and Topeka.
The district recently passed a $13 million bond issue, funding several improvements, including a new storm shelter that also serves as the weight room and music room, a 1300-seat gymnasium, new agricultural and woodworking program areas, new high school offices, and an 8-lane track with field event areas. These upgrades enhance student safety and campus functionality.
