Ames Community School District is seeking Substitute Registered Nurses for the school year. Enjoy a flexible schedule - work when and where you want: preschool, elementary, or secondary grades. These on part-time, on-call substitute positions.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Provides primary and emergency care to minimize the effects of accidents and illness in the schools.
- Communicates with administration and other staff regarding student health care needs.
- Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all students.
- Maintains student health records.
- Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications: Possess a valid RN license. Must be adaptable, collaborative, and an effective problem-solver.
Compensation: $155 / full day
