?? What You Will Do:

• Teach 5th Grade Math using engaging, standards-based instruction

• Prepare students for academic success and state assessments

• Use data to drive instruction and close learning gaps

• Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment

• Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth

• Communicate regularly with parents and families

• Implement intervention and enrichment strategies for all learners

• Support schoolwide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives

• Build strong student relationships while maintaining high expectations

• Strong classroom management and organization skills
