Compensation:
$32–$40/hour, based on experience, performance, and customizable benefits package
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (occasional Mondays)
- Average weekly hours range from 25 to 30
- Patient Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Who We’re Looking For:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with iTero scanning technology (or willingness to quickly learn)
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor with a wide range of procedures, including digital and panoramic X-rays and iTero scans
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Maintain instrument readiness through effective sterilization practices
- Efficiently prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Eaglesoft
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Support daily operations, including laundry and operatory upkeep
- Assist with weekly and monthly inventory management and supply ordering
- Make every patient feel welcome, comfortable, and safe
- Keep the office clean, professional, and organized
