What are the responsibilities and job description for the WD-Sr. Enterprise Systems Analyst position at West Development?

This position reports to the Enterprise Systems Manager.
- Provide technology support via phone, email, and in-person with staff and executives.
- Complete regular, proactive checks of executive workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants to ensure all supported systems are functioning as expected.
- Assist with setup and configuration of conference room audio visual systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365.
- Log all stakeholder interactions in the ticketing system.
- Set up and configure Microsoft Windows laptops/desktops.
- Install and configure software on Microsoft Windows laptops/desktops.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Windows workstations and Apple / Android mobile devices.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflicts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network and telephony systems.
- Continually evaluate technology systems. Recommend and implement changes where appropriate.
- Work with external vendors to manage repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to properly onboard new executive team members.
- Accept responsibility for outcomes. Acknowledge mistakes and then take steps to resolve them.
- Continually find more efficient ways to fulfill responsibilities. Quickly adapt and respond to change.
- Contribute to IT projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Enterprise Systems Manager.
- Limited local travel is required to support executive activities in remote locations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- 7 years’ IT experience, including regular experience providing white glove service to executives.
- 5 years’ experience supporting Office 365 and related apps in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft operating systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting business audiovisual systems.
- Experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices.
- Familiar with enterprise networking technologies, including the use of VLANs, Site-to-Site VPN, etc.
- Working knowledge of data / voice cabling systems.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation to drive to different client locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
