FIXX Collision Center is looking for an outgoing, professional, and customer-focused individual to engage with customers visiting our dealership service drive and identify collision repair opportunities.This is not a desk job. You will actively interact with customers, build relationships, and help connect vehicle owners with our collision repair team when they have accident damage, cosmetic damage, paint concerns, dents, scratches, wheel damage, or insurance-related repairs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the dealership service drive.
- Build rapport with customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
- Identify collision repair opportunities, including:
- Dents and scratches
- Paint damage
- Bumper damage
- Accident-related repairs
- Wheel and cosmetic damage
- Toyota warranty paint concerns
- Educate customers about collision center services.
- Schedule free repair estimates.
- Introduce customers to estimators and collision center staff.
- Track customer referrals and estimate appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Help increase collision center sales and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales, customer service, dealership, or collision center experience preferred.
