What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Multilingual Program position at West Des Moines Community School District?
Responsible for coordinating pre K-12 ESOL programs and working with staff to ensure optimal learning for all students. Provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and support for English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and dual language immersion program. Director will provide instructional leadership support to teachers and staff. This position requires continuous use of independent judgment. Other position requirements, including student services support, will vary depending on the needs of the Teaching and Learning Services Department.
