West Delray Veterinary is seeking 1-2 full time Client Service Representatives to represent and support the clients of our amazing integrative veterinary medicine practice. One of our top priorities is workplace wellness, excellent client service and comprehensive patient care.
This role is best suited for someone with an outgoing personality who considers themselves a "people" person, loves people and helping them. West Delray Veterinary has amazing clients and their experience is a top priority of ours. We are looking for someone who will help support their needs and foster our positive relationships. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities would include: Greeting and admitting clients and patients, answering phones, scheduling/confirming appointments, communicating information to clients, payment processing, general office duties, addressing client concerns.

Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a veterinary, medical office or hospitality industry
- Enjoys helping people.
- Upbeat, positive, empathetic, outgoing personality
- Minimum of 2 years of college education
