Classified Edjoin Application Resume Brief Description of Position: Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Graduate Interns/Trainees assess barriers to students’ social, emotional, and academic success, provide individual and group counseling to address these barriers, consult with staff and link student and their families to community resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Concurrent enrollment in a Master’s Degree program (MSW, MFT). Attendance at a 2-day orientation in August 2026. Actual date TBD. A minimum of 2 days (8 hrs each day) per week and up to 5 days, if desired. Applicants must apply on www.edjoin.org and attach all requested document to your online application. To attach the necessary documents, you must select the "Upload New File" button on Page 6 and 7 and follow the subsequent instructions.

Upon being recommended for employment and prior to formal Board of Education approval, the following pre-employment steps must be completed as required by District policy and State and Federal law: • A Mantoux Tuberculin Test within 60 days of hire date • Drug Screening by District approved facility • Fingerprint Clearance - Bloodborne Pathogens Certification - Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Certification - Injury and Illness Prevention Program - School Bullying Certification - Anti Harassment Training - Cybersecurity Overview - Email and Messaging Safety Training - Workplace Violence Training NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT TITLE II, CCR TITLE 5, TITLE IX, AND SECTION 504 The West Covina Unified School District (WCUSD) is committed to ensuring equal, fair, and meaningful access to employment and education services.
