Sales Manager
to lead and scale our storm restoration sales division.

What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of motivated sales reps
- Conduct and oversee roof inspections with property owners
- Close high-ticket roofing deals and support reps through insurance claims
- Set goals and accountability standards for performance and professionalism
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and ROI
- Manage and track KPIs, forecasts, and close rates
- Develop sales training programs focused on product knowledge and customer experience
What You'll Need
- 3 years roofing or storm restoration sales experience
- Experience managing or mentoring sales reps
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience utilizing a CRM (AccuLynx preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance restoration, supplementing, and Xactimate (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, and clean background
- Spanish language skills are a plus
