We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team and help homeowners restore their properties after storm damage.

What You'll Do

• Inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Close high-ticket residential roofing sales
• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Manage your pipeline and stay organized using our CRM (AccuLynx)
• Work alongside our experienced team to ensure project success
• Prospect new business through direct outreach, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing

What You'll Need

• 1 year of experience in roofing, construction, or outside sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections
