About West County Roofing and Construction

West County Roofing is a rapidly growing, locally owned roofing and construction company serving Missouri and Illinois. We're known for integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service — and we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of motivated sales reps
• Conduct and oversee roof inspections with property owners
• Close high-ticket roofing deals and support reps through insurance claims
• Set goals and accountability standards for performance and professionalism
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and ROI
• Manage and track KPIs, forecasts, and close rates
• Develop sales training programs focused on product knowledge and customer experience

What You'll Need

• 3 years roofing or storm restoration sales experience
• Experience managing or mentoring sales reps
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience utilizing a CRM (AccuLynx preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance restoration, supplementing, and Xactimate (preferred)
• Valid driver's license, and clean background
• Spanish language skills are a plus
