Job Summary

Customer service rep will process registrations and titles and/or process driver's license transactions.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer service position involving face-to-face customer contact.
- Prior data entry experience strongly preferred. Accuracy is more important then speed.
- Attention to detail and able to follow procedures and instructions
- Need excellent oral communication skills, good people skills, friendly, outgoing personality.
- Experience with problem solving, multi-tasking and handling stressful situations.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a customer service setting is highly desirable.
Office hours M-F 9:00 - 5:00
Applicants must be current on state income tax and personal property taxes. Must submit to a criminal background check conducted by the Missouri State Highwayt Patrol.
