Under the direction of the Director of Communications, implements strategic communications initiatives to address organizational needs. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic process improvement projects that increase district operational efficacy and support a performance-driven culture. Develops and executes key organizational initiatives to help meet district goals, as defined by district leadership. Supports the District's strategic planning efforts and equity goals, working in collaboration with District leaders.
