Duties: no Automatic restriction!!!
- Operate a variety of trucks job is a mix of flatbed and van trailer work
(everyone learns flatbed side to assure the most hours)
- Load and unload materials and equipment onto the truck
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, are completed accurately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the truck
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience driving trucks, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
