Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Lantana, FL. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the financial and operational success of construction projects. The role also requires effective communication to collaborate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of project estimation are handled efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5-10 Year experience in construction as a Low Bid Estimator.
- Experience in commercial, governmental, and hospitality construction related fields.
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs.
- Strong skills in Cost Management, Budgeting and Mathmatics.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction estimating software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
