You will make an impact by:
- Providing enterprise-level leadership, governance, and technical oversight for all institutional web properties during a period of modernization and transition.
- Stabilizing website operations, eliminating single-point-of-failure risk, enforcing governance standards, and partnering with external agencies on the design and delivery of a next-generation CMS platform
- Ensuring that web platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with enrollment, brand, and student experience objectives
- 8–12 years leading enterprise websites or digital platforms
- Prior experience in Director or Head-of-Web roles
- Strong CMS experience (Drupal preferred)
- Proven success transitioning organizations off legacy or custom CMS platforms
- Deep understanding of:
- Website-to-CRM integrations
- Analytics and CRO frameworks
- Security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to document systems and operationalize governance
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in higher education or regulated environments strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Business, or related field required.
